4 Pork chop, thin-cut (2)
3# Ground Bison (2, 4, 5-Paleo only) (Can sub ground beef or meat of choice )

1.5# Beef flank steak (3)
1# Ground Turkey Thigh (3)
1-1.5# Pork Loin chop, butterflied (4)
4 Tuna steaks (4) (or sub Salmon)
1-1.5# Chicken tenders (4)
4 Salmon fillets, 4-6 oz each (5)
4 Beef Tenderloin, 6 oz ea (5)
Bonus Item: Chicken Apple sausage is delicious by itself with a dip of grainy mustard or served with cabbage or sauerkraut for breakfast!
