Here’s a list of meat needs for April with links to US Wellness Meats. Note: # = pound and the number in () is the corresponding meal plan week.

4 Chicken Legs (1)

4 Chilean Sea Bass Fillets (1) (or sub Salmon, if preferred)

4 Bison Strip Steaks, 5-7oz each (2) (or sub grass-fed beef strip steak)

 4 Salmon Fillets (2)

4-5# Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (1 – Paleo only, 2, 3)

Pork Chops (2 – Paleo only, 3)

1 link Raw Andouille Sausage (3) (or sub .5# ground pork)

12oz Shrimp (3)

1# Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Breasts (4)

1.5# Ground Lamb (4)

1# Ground Bison (4) (Can sub ground meat of choice)

1# Ground Beef (4 – Paleo only)

Bonus Item: Order my favorite Beef Snack Sticks. They are perfect to throw in a lunch kit, pack for on-the-go snacks, etc. (nitrate and MSG free!)
