1 Chicken Thigh  (3- for soup)

4 Catfish Fillets (2) (not available, Sable Fish recommended sub)

Pork Loin (not available, sub 4 Pork Chops)

2 links Breakfast Sausage (4)

1# Shrimp (4)

1# Ground bison (1,2,3) (Paleo only)

1-2# Pork Stew Meat (4) (not available, sub  Beef Stew Meat)
