Editorial Assistant (Part Time)
Hi, I’m Prep Dish founder, Allison. Here at Prep Dish, we have a ton of exciting new projects in the works this year…so many that I’m in need of some help!

Do you love watching from the back of the stage, knowing that the show was able to go on because of all your behind-the-scenes work?
I’ll be honest, this position has high expectations. But if your the person I’m looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations.

The Editorial Assistant works with the Meal Plan Editor on monthly tasks that include:
- Create and update monthly shopping cart order forms
- Create and format nutrition facts for the monthly meal plans
- Assist w/ editing menus
- Formatting recipes into a pdf document each month
- Update and create pages in WordPress
- Update the recipe lists each month
- Create surveys
Here’s who this position is not for:
– Someone who has a lot going on already (or works full time) and doesn’t have the time and focus needed to turn around projects in a timely manner.
– Someone who prefers to be front-facing
– Someone with zero experience in the online space (we work with WordPress, InDesign, Infusionsoft, Leadpages, Process St, Google Sheets…. while these programs are all teachable, they should not be foreign words)
However, this position is for a person who:
– Is resourceful.
– Can handle stress and tight deadlines.
– Works very well with other people and can build rapport quickly with both team members.
– Has great attention to detail and brand quality.
– Is a high-functioning communicator.
– Is organized.
– Takes ownership and pride in there work.
– Can handle direct & blunt feedback.
– Wants to work ~10 hours per week.
