2# Grass-fed Organic Ground Beef (2, 4)

1 link (3oz) Raw Andouille Pork Sausage (2)

4 Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Legs (2)

8 Bone-in Pork Chops (3, 4 – Paleo only)

1# Ground Turkey Thigh (3)

1-1.5# Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (3)

1.5-2# Catfish Fillets (4) (Can sub with Tilapia or Salmon)

8 Chicken Thighs (4 – Paleo only)

3.5# Pork Shoulder Roast (SF)

1.5# Chicken Drumsticks (SF)

4-8 Grouper Fillets (SF (Can sub Salmon, Trout, Tilapia, or Cod)
