Note: # = pound and the number in () is the corresponding meal plan week.

8 Chicken Breasts, pounded thin (1, 4)

10 Slices of Thin-cut Bacon (1, 4)

2# Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined (1, 2)

2# Ground Bison (1 – Paleo only, 3)

5-9 Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs (2, 3)

4 Thin-cut Pork Chops (2)

4 Cornish Game Hens (2) (can sub 1 Whole Chicken)

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (3)

1 Bone-in Skin-on Chicken Breast (3)

12 Salmon Fillets (3, 4, SF)

1-1.5# Ground Grass-fed Beef (4)

4 Pre-cooked Chicken Sausages (SF)

1-1.5# Ground Lamb (SF) (Can sub Ground Beef or Bison)
