6oz Raw Italian Sausage (2) (OR sub ground pork)

Chicken Breast, bone in & skin on (2)

4 Chilean Sea Bass Filet, 4-6oz ea. (2) (OR sub sole)

Bison Steaks, 5-7oz ea (3) (OR sub beef steak)

3# Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (3, 4) *note: add .5# for Wk 3, Paleo

Salmon fillets, 4-6 oz each (3)

3# Baby Back Ribs (4) (OR sub boneless beef ribs)

4oz pepperoni (4)

4 Mahi Mahi filets (4) (OR sub Halibut fillets)

Bonus Item: I love snacking on raw Almonds and pair them with grapes for the snack on Week 4. Add a bag to your order!
